If you have not ordered from us before, we invite you to fill out our Wholesale Purchase Application. Your information will be reviewed, and upon acceptance (usually within 48 hours), you will be asked to create a username and password for logging onto our wholesale area.

Click our Credit Application link for our form, which can be returned by email or fax. Upon acceptance you will receive a credit line and terms of net 30 (from shipping date). No credit card is required for security, but past due accounts will be unable to order additional products.

Shipping

We regret that we are not able to accept international orders at this time.

Backorders:

Items temporarily unavailable at the time of ordering will be backordered and shipped as available. Shipping charges will be added at that time. The buyer is responsible for cancellation of backorders.

Warranty and Return Policy

Every Magic Massager comes with a 90-day replacement guarantee from Sensational Creations, Inc.

To return items you must first obtain a return authorization number by contacting us at info@magicmassager.net Be sure to include your order number and the invoice date, and briefly describe the reason for the return. Orders can be returned for any reason for a period of 90 days, and no restocking fees will charged. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of faulty merchandise.
